The SSN Trace Report will reveal the names associated with your Social Security Number, along with all Address linked to your number. Search criteria: Social Security Number

Optional Components:

National Criminal Database Report: $29.95 per name (with instant results)
This report is taken from national database sources of over 245 million criminal records from every participating State, Guam, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Also included is a multi-state search of the Sex and Violent Offender National Registry. Search criteria: Name, DOB and Social Security Number

County Courthouse Criminal Record Search: $39.95 per name/per county
This search will return ALL criminal records found in the requested county court , on a per-name basis. Some jurisdictions charge additional administrative fees to access court records, which will be invoiced separately. Turn-around-time is usually 3-4 business days. Search criteria: County Location, Name and DOB

Federal Criminal District Court Record Search: $18.95 per name/per district
his search will return ALL criminal records found in the requested Federal District Court, on a per-name basis. Turn-around-time is usually 3-4 business days. Search criteria: District Location, Name and DOB

Statewide Eviction Record Search: $24.95 per name (with instant results)
This state-specific report will reveal eviction records per name searched. Search criteria: Name and DOB

USA Patriot Act Homeland Security Report: $14.95 per name (with instant results)
Record search per name of the USA and several foreign nations for terrorist watch list information, disbarred parties and all federal databases for flagged individuals. Search criteria: Name and DOB

Liens, Judgments and Bankruptcy Report: $28.95 per name
In this report will be disclosed public record filings of court liens, judgments or bankruptcy filing.

Employment Verification Report: $29.95 per employer
This report will question the supplied employer regarding your work habits, duties, skills, attendance and general character while in their employ. While an employer is not obligated to answer all the questions that we ask them many offer extensive information to third-party providers such as My Court Record. Turnaround time can vary, and a signed release is required. NOTE: Some employers charge administrative fees to access their information, which will be invoiced separately. Search criteria: Name, DOB, Social Security Number and signed release.

Academic Verification Report: $29.95 per institution
In this report the supplied school/college/university will be contacted and the academic records provided; dates of attendance, major course of study, degree awarded and possibly GPA and Honors status. Turnaround time can vary, and a signed release is required. NOTE: Some institutions charge administrative fees to access their information, which will be invoiced separately. Search criteria: Name, DOB, Social Security Number and signed release.

Drug Testing (5-Panel Urinalysis, non-DOT): $68.95
The 5-Panel drug testing will detect the following substances: Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, PCB and Opiates. This drug test is compliant with all court or employment-related requirements (SAMHSA-certified) and the test is produced using the GC/MS confirmation process. After payment is received, the applicant will receive E-mail instructions and the location of the closest collection site based upon their zip code. Negative results will be available within 48 hours; positive results will take longer to be certified. The price includes one report mailed to two desired destinations (employer; court; etc.)

Drug Testing (9-Panel Urinalysis, non-DOT): $78.95
The 9-Panel drug testing will detect the following substances: Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, PCB, Opiates. Barbiturates, Methadone, Benzodiapines and Ecstasy.
