Billing and Payment
Unless other payment terms are agreed to by DRN, all charges for the HireSafe.com, services, including subscription services, purchased by you will be immediately charged to the credit card authorized by you. All charges are exclusive of local sales, use, personal property and similar taxes, which will be paid by you. We reserve the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges for services we provide, including subscription services, and to institute new fees, charges, or terms effective upon notice to you. DRN takes the issue of privacy seriously. We provide your credit card number, billing and shipping information to third parties only to the extent necessary to complete your requested transaction. For example, this Site uses a third party credit card processor to handle credit card billing when you order a report from the Site. This third party is limited to using the information we provide only for the purpose of payment to DRN. To protect the security of your credit card information, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Responsibility for Passwords/User ID Protection and Use
To obtain the services offered on the Site, you will need to select a password and User ID upon completing the registration process. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and User ID and are fully responsible for all transactions using your password or User ID. You agree that under no circumstances will you provide your password or User ID to a third party. You agree to immediately notify DRN of any unauthorized use of your password or your User ID or any other breach of security, and to exit from your account at the end of each session. DRN cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

You acknowledge and agree that all content on this Site is the copyrighted work of DRN or its third party content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You acknowledge that DRN, the HireSafe logo, all page headers, custom graphics, and button icons are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of DRN and that all other trademarks, product names, company names or logos on the Site are the property of their respective owners. In addition to complying with all applicable laws, you agree that you will not use any such trademarks, service marks, trade dress or other logos from this Site. You acknowledge that DRN has expended substantial time, effort and funds to create and deliver the services and compile the data contained herein. The services and data are and will continue to be DRN's or its third party content suppliers' exclusive property.

Termination
These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Site. DRN can terminate your access to any and all products and services obtained through the Site at any time if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Site and destroy all materials obtained from such site and all copies thereof, whether made under these terms or otherwise.

Expert Witness Testimony Service
Court ordered testimony and the making of depositions shall not be considered part of the Report research. Expert Testimony Services shall be compensated at the expert’s current rate at the time of trial or deposition on either a full day or half day rate, plus travel expenses and paid to the expert as a retainer of $2,500.00. Any amount or expense incurred above the retainer fee shall be due and payable immediately upon notice.

Release Authorization

I voluntarily and knowingly authorize any present or past employer or supervisor, college or university or other institution of learning; administrator; law enforcement agency, state agency, federal agency; finance bureau/office; credit bureau; collection agency; private business: military branch or the national personnel records center; personal references, and/or other persons to give records or information they may have concerning my criminal history, motor vehicle driving history, earnings history, credit history, character and employment records or any other information requested to HireSafe I voluntarily and knowingly unconditionally release any named or unnamed informant from any and all liability resulting from the furnishing of this information. This authorization shall be valid for one year from the date signed and a photographic or faxed copy of this authorization shall be as valid as the original.
